Dr Michael McMahan
Dr. Michael McMahan is a board-certified family physician with advanced training in dermatology and skin health. He has extensive experience in the evaluation and treatment of a wide range of medical and cosmetic skin conditions, with a focus on safe, effective, and evidence-based care.
His medical background provides a strong clinical foundation, allowing him to approach patient care with precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to natural, balanced results. Dr. McMahan has pursued additional training in dermatologic procedures and aesthetic treatments, and works closely with the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and treatment outcomes.

Kiersten Wine
Kiersten Wine is a senior aesthetic practitioner and cosmetic laser expert with over 20 years of advanced experience in aesthetic medicine, medical spa development, and clinical operations. She has successfully led the launch, growth, and management of full-scale medical spas nationwide, overseeing daily operations while delivering high-level, on-site aesthetic medical services with a strong focus on safety, precision, and exceptional patient care.
Kiersten has extensive hands-on expertise in advanced laser technologies and energy-based treatments. She specializes in results-driven procedures that combine clinical knowledge with the latest innovations in aesthetic medicine, utilizing cutting-edge devices and proven techniques to achieve natural, refined outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficacy.
In addition to her clinical work, Kiersten has played a key role in the expansion and development of aesthetic and medical practices across the country, training physicians, nurses, and technicians in cosmetic laser procedures, advanced aesthetic treatments, and medical spa operations. Her leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to excellence have made her a trusted authority in the aesthetic medicine industry.

Lisa Alexander
Lisa is a highly skilled Certified Nurse Practitioner with over 27 years of experience. Since 2008, she has also been a Certified Nurse Injector, specializing in services such as Botox, Dysport, Fillers, Kybella, Microneedling, PRP, Vaginal Rejuvenation, and soon, Microtox. Lisa is a respected member of the AORN in Peri-Operative Nursing and has extensive experience working in various surgical specialties, with a particular focus on plastic surgery procedures, both cosmetic and reconstructive. In addition to her clinical work, Lisa has provided leadership, trained teams of junior injectors, and developed protocols for them to follow.Lisa is a highly experienced Certified Nurse Practitioner with over 27 years in the medical field. Since 2008, she has specialized as a Certified Nurse Injector, offering advanced aesthetic treatments including Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, Kybella, microneedling, PRP, vaginal rejuvenation, and soon, Microtox. Her expertise extends beyond patient care—she is a distinguished member of the Association of periOperative Registered Nurses (AORN) and has an extensive background in surgical specialties, with a strong focus on both cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery.
In addition to her clinical expertise, Lisa has been a leader in the aesthetics industry, training and mentoring junior injectors while developing standardized protocols to ensure the highest level of patient safety and treatment outcomes. Her commitment to excellence and innovation continues to shape the field of medical aesthetics.
Nicole Allison, RN - Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Nicole is a registered nurse educated at the University of Florida, where she built a strong clinical foundation rooted in evidence-based care and patient safety. She further developed her medical experience at Emory before spending four years in New York City training extensively in dermatology, gaining hands-on experience with a wide range of skin conditions, advanced treatments, and medical-grade skincare protocols.
She later completed over two years of advanced training in aesthetic injectables, refining her technique and developing a strong understanding of facial anatomy, balance, and natural-looking results.
Nicole joined our team in 2025 and is known for her thoughtful, personalized approach to aesthetics. She specializes in facial balancing, skin health, and rejuvenation, with a focus on subtle, refined results that enhance each patient’s natural features.
Nicole believes in customized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals and lifestyle, and she dedicates time during every appointment to education, ensuring patients fully understand their treatments, products, and long-term plan.
Anzley Battles
Anzley Battles is a licensed esthetician who graduated from the Atlanta Institute of Aesthetics in 2021. Specializing in acne facials, dermaplaning, and laser hair removal, she combines advanced techniques with a deep understanding of pharmaceutical-grade skincare to deliver exceptional results.
With a warm and welcoming approach, Anzley is passionate about helping patients achieve their skincare goals through personalized treatment plans and tailored at-home regimens.
